Basketball. Alexandra Marchenkova as part of Russian team goes to the Euro U20

Russia basketball youth team U20 will go to the European Championship which will be held in Turkey from 4 to 14 July.

Alexandra Marchenkova of CSP "Izmailovo" became part of the national team. Recall that Alexandra was the best small forward of the final stage of Major League last season

Last year Alexandra as part of youth team won the silver medal of the Europe championship U18.

Russian U20 should battle in the group stage with the national teams of Italy, France and Hungary.

The composition of all groups of the tournament:

Group A: Serbia, Ukraine, Belarus, Netherlands

Group B: Poland, Spain, Slovakia, Greece

Group C: RUSSIA, Italy, France, Hungary

Group D: Lithuania, Germany, Turkey, Sweden
